Side Dish of Kale with Portobello Mushrooms

Serves 4

  1. In a pan, sweat the garlic in the olive oil, then add the Portobello mushrooms or shiitake mushrooms and the kale. Add the soy sauce to taste and cook for 5-10 minutes. Serve with the roasted pine nuts sprinkled over the vegetables.
